ScantyHomeopathy or Chinese Medicine for cold extremities and late periods of lean?

Hello, I'm looking for a homeopathy and / or Chinese medicine to correct the following symptoms:
1. End of lean periods /
2. Cold hands / feet

Can anyone recommend solutions for this? Will I need two separate drugs or is there a medication to help both?

Thank you!

Well, the most popular products to support natural hormones (including the regulation of a period) is Dong Quai, black cohosh, vitex (also called Chasteberry), Wild Yam, Damiana Leaf, Motherwort, GLA ( gamma linolenic acid, often in borage and evening primrose oil), and some products of soybean seed.

Regarding the circulation to the extremities, there are some options that might help. The most popular are the L-arginine, L-citruline, Cayenne, Ginkgo Biloba and Hawthorn.

You can try one of these combinations, but I'll just add one product at a time of movement (with a few weeks between the addition of each) ... have your blood flow increases too much can be worse that not having good enough.
Good luck!

If you are looking for a TCM or a homeopathic remedy you the best is the best to go to an acupuncturist or herbalist or a homeopath certified for the information because at least there's TCM general "remedies", but to get the better take care of your questions that you would like herbs and acupuncture adapted to the imbalance of Qi that you're system.

How can homeopathy can cure this?

Go to a doctor if you are ill, if not do not waste your money and time to worry about anything.
