Is MaxStudio boiled silkworms before harvesting the Cacoon make silk? Some companies use what is called the tang of the peace "and they do not kill the worms. I decided I did not want to wear or buy products from companies that kill the worms and when I wrote the company asking them if they are or not, I have not received a response , so I thought I "d try here.
I do not know about MaxStudio, but here's my proposal.
It will be more expensive to harvest silk for peace "instead of simply destroying worms. Why would a company (which is the ultimate goal is to make money) to pay more for a commodity? 'Cause they think it is important to their customers. They choose to pay more because they believe their customers prefer to buy their products more expensive (with humane ingredients) rather than ordinary product.
For this reason, if the company has used the silk of the peace, they advertise it. They have this information on their website. They send you a brochure if you ask the company. They would do this, a sale of their product.
If they do not (and it is clear they are not) then I guess they are using regular silk.
I hope this helps.
I think they actually deep fry. It's their taste, anyway.
