Maternity Work Wear

Next Saturday, my husband and I have a picture of maternity shoot done by a student photographer in a park .. I do not know what to wear. I was going to jeans with a black shirt and my husband does the same .. Have But any suggestions would be great!

I was actually thinking black shirt and jeans before you even read what you think. That would be super cool if there were colors of autumn / leaves and have the black in contrast with them. Make sure to buy new black shirts, and not all those faded and have been washed dozens of times:).

One of you must wear white or another lighter color. Too dark like a black spot.

I think all relatively neutral and free of distraction or texture pattern will work well for a portrait. If you want to show your belly, however, the black may not be the best, especially for a front view. It hides shadows and often appears flat. A lighter color - maybe a yellow or orange to match the leaves are changing quickly - perhaps a better choice. Good luck and have fun!

my stepmother is a photographer and she likes to do the kind with everyone wearing jeans and a sort of white shirt.

I like a big button down shirt, white net for moms. This way, you can open the lower abdomen to see if you like. Something stretchy and black (or jeans) work on the bottom and white bring the focus where it belongs.

A cute maternity summer dress would be too much work.
