Larger Size Clothing

I'm going to Beijing for six months. I do not want to bring many clothes, because it is difficult to know what I'll use and what I do not want. I read that you can find a lot of clothes in Beijing, but I wonder if I can find plus size clothes for women - maybe 14 or size 16 pants and shirts double or perhaps if people have clothes in a tailor's shop.
