Girls Coats

My friend remarked the other day but I have ot this vest for x-mas and the zipper is on the left and i cannot really say if its specific gender.

Yes, because in medieval times girls were helped to wear clothing of servants and to be on the left side, it will be easier for someone else to put your clothes on you

I want to know the correct answer to this --- for girls and ladies all buttons on the blouses are on the left and right buttons on the left - is not is this way with skirt and pants closures zipper jackets and so too?? Flag

I do not think they are necessarily. They are supposed to be like that, but you will somethimes girls zips on the left and stuff like that.
