Learn 2 Break Dance - Learn to Breakdance Breakdancing, also known as breaking, B-Boying or B-Girling, is considered one of the important elements that make up the hip hop culture. The street dance was developed in the 1970s among young African-American and Hispanic South Bronx, New York. There are no routines and structures in breakdancing. Rather, the dancers use the basic moves, while embellishing them with more complex styles and moves power. It is very improvised. However, due to a form of breakdance sports dance, breakdance learning may be necessary before anyone can participate in this dance form.

Here are some things that a b-boy or b-girl must keep in mind:
The first is to wear loose, comfortable clothing. Remember that breakdancing requires a lot of squat and ungainly movements. Next is to wear protective clothing, especially if you try on the ground moves for the first time. The third is to practice on a wood floor or carpet. Do not breakdance on the carpet. You need a smooth surface that will allow you to slide and spin. Fourth is to do warm-ups first. Get your muscles warm and your heart before you start any serious training.
Next is to listen to hip-hop for you to enjoy the break more. Then watch the videos of breakdancing. And finally, work on the arms and abdominals. Do exercises that help strengthen your biceps, triceps, and abdominal muscles.
Breakdancing has been long enough. From the moment he was drafted, he gained international recognition and became popular in Europe and Asia. Now, the rupture was institutionalized to some extent. Most major cities have an average size dance studios that offer classes in break dance, which is not a bad idea. Breakdancing is fun to watch, it can be much more fun to do.
