Black Leotard

I need to cut my long sleeve black jacket, so that the style leotard, it will be called "tank". He currently long sleeves, and I prefer to cut the sleeves off (I will never use this new loetard) to save money. advice on how to do it correctly? THANKS FOR YOUR HELP 4!

I do not think theres a "right" way to do it. simply delay (someone keep a straight line for you) and cut slowly. then sew the son who are left behind in whats left of the round

It probably will not look quite right. $ 5 on eBay and you can have a tank leotard in any color to your door.
